Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff collaborates with their sub-board to ensure the IRC functions as a cohesive, well-oiled machine. The sub-board assists other IRC sub-boards in planning their events and ensuring smooth execution, particularly when the IRC is organizing events across multiple departments. The sub-board also organizes its own IRC-wide events and programs, including general body meetings and seasonal holiday special events. Beyond its set responsibilities, the sub-board’s primary mission is to promote club cohesion and build community.
