Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Sub-Board is GIRC’s newest portfolio with the vision to encourage accessible, safe, educational, and other DEI-related efforts within the IRC. This year, DEI will oversee certain initiatives such as affinity groups, contribute to the newsletter, help out with overarching human resources efforts, and discuss measures to improve and advance other DEI goals.
